Original Formanta Polivoks in excellent, well-preserved condition, featuring external CV, GATE, and FILTER control.

The unit has been fully recapped, with all switches and potentiometers cleaned and lubricated. The PSU and VCOs have been calibrated and tuned, and a CV-BOX retrofit mod has been installed.

Techically and cosmetically, the synth is in superb condition, aside from a few minor surface scratches here and there. The white plastic keys and switches have not yellowed, which is rare for Polivoks units of this age. Uniquely, the pedal and cable compartments attached to the lid are of red plastic which is an exceptionally rare colour that appears to be part of a limited edition run we haven't encountered before.

The CV-BOX mod enables external control via dedicated CV and Gate jack inputs from external CV/Gate enabled sequencer, keyboard or other gear. Analog control signal is much tighter than MIDI and more fun especially if you want to integrate it with a analog/modular gear.

The CV-BOX mod also features a separate jack for Filter Cutoff control, allowing you to modulate the filter using external sequencers, keyboards, LFOs or other modulation sources. This is what truly brings the already monstrous filter to life – syncable filter modulation.
